We have one powder coater using our Thermo in powder coat. Start with one bag of pigment (25 grams) per pound of clear powder. You can stretch it to 2 pounds depending on the amount of color saturation you are looking for. All of our pigments can be used in clear powder coat. The only products that have a lower temperature threshold are the thermochromic pigment and the chameleon flakes (in jars). We have had powder coaters use these but only in low heat cure powder.
